CCEA Exam Board

Two distinct components: - Diet and Health & Consumer awareness

 

Two controlled assessment tasks worth = 60%  

One written exam = 40%

 

 

KS5

A-Level Nutritional Food Science (CCEA)

  • AS1: Principals of Nutrition
  • AS2: Diet, Lifestyle & Health

 

  • A2 1: Option 1: Food Security & Sustainability or Option 2: Food Safety & Quality
  • A2 2: Research Project
