Sports News

Our U14 Girls Gaelic Football Team started their league campaign on Friday 28th February with a win against St. Patrick’s Academy, Dungannon. A brilliant team effort.

The Year 9 and 10 netball teams recently competed in the Tyrone & Fermanagh Netball blitz. After winning all of their games both teams have now progressed to the cup finals in March. Well done girls!

Congratulations to all the runners who represented the College yesterday, at the Ulster stage of the Cross Country.

Our year 8 boys and girls ran superbly in a very competitive field, with our girls finishing in the top 10 in Ulster!

Annaleigh McKenna put in a superb performance, finishing in 5th place!

On the weekend of the 8th of February, Annaleigh Mc Kenna competed in the All-Ireland cross country championships in Westport. Annaleigh was representing her club ‘Keep er lit running’ and won her race.

Annaleigh is now an All-Ireland Cross-Country Champion. A super achievement for a very talented athlete.
